At no time shall any right, title or interest over the property vest with Koch Property Guide nor shall Koch Property Guide have any obligations or liabilities in respect of any such contract. Koch Property Guide is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between a seller and buyer. Koch Property Guide does not guarantee that the concerned seller and buyer will perform any transaction for the sale and purchase of a property. Koch Property Guide shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between a seller and buyer.
